The council hns now poised the ordi nance requiring those hauling dirt to use tight wagons and ondgatos to keep the dirt from rattling off into the street nlong which they pass. Patrick Honcfor was arrested yesterday - day on a charge of beating B. H. Alli son out of a board bill. Butler has commenced on no tion of divorce against her husband , J. M. Butler.
