Andrew Moynihan , who is employed Floyd's place , tolls the story in this mr nor. Mr. Moynihan rooms in the Cent block , and ho states that ho had rotit to his room about twenty minutes pi twelve and had prepared for bed v/b ho hoard a loud scullling noise in t hall-way.
