day night , adopted unanimously a strange
sort of a resolution , which roads as follows -

"BCSOlVCd by the city council of the
city of Council Bluffs , that time chainnan
of each committee , including the mayor ,
shall receive tire aunt of $26 per month ,
from the first day.of April , 18B3 , as services -
vices for committee work. "
As each alderman is the chairman of
some committee , the nbovo resolution
