Collections are reported better , and country merchants are feeling more hope- fill since the crop prtMjiccts have brightened. Western orders are on the increoxe , and trav elling men from thn Territories report the out look much better than was anticipated some time ago. The grain market is unsteady , and has a lower tendency , wheat hating declined nearly every day tills week. Dry ( Hoods are firm and comparatively unchanged. Order * are coming in only fairly nowhowever | , as the season for certain lines Is alxmt over. Grocer ies are active , and sales about equal to last week. The hardware and lumber market is firm and unchanged with good local and west ern demand.
