Cereals remain , on an average , the same M a we k ago , with little If any prospect of change for the coming week , Livestock advanced 2550o an Fri. day , and has remained firm , with A gooc demand , Trade In the produce market Is quiet , with only a fair demand. Errs and dressed poultry suffered a ( light decline on Friday and have not advincod , Ltmons acd oranges advanced twice during the week , and will probably go higher within ten days. Groceries have remained firm , the only notable change being an advance in salt fish on Monday. On Thursday XXX caitor oil advanced 60 , and No. 12,15o , Neatfoot oil , French ztnc , in oil , and burnt sienna also made a slight advance. One notable feature In the pait veek's transactions , a feature which Is not overly encouraging , is the fact that many more sales were consummated than during any one week for some months past , but in the argregate the amount is not nearly so large , the sales being much smaller , though more cash transactions are reported than usual.
