The market was active until 2 p. m. , when
the advance experienced the first reaction
of the day , declining nntll about 2:45 : i@i
per cent , In the last 15 minutes the mar
ket became strong again and part of the
decline was recovered , closing strong , tbe
closing prices being l@3jj per cent higher
than Wednesday. The greatest advance
to-day has been In Omaha preferred , 8J
per cent.
