Union and Milwaukee & St. Paul , the remainder < > f ilie list being strong , but withoutany certain advance in ptices , but a little after 12 o'clock Union Pacffic suddenly declined from 1013 to 1034 , causing at < mporary reaction in the whole market and a large part of the early advance was lost , but at 12 : 0 the general range of pricea WAS still a fraction above the closing pricea lost night. Until 2 o'clock the market waa less active than during the forenoon and somewhat fever ish and the m t result of an hour and a half of business twas a fractional decline. Inquiry among the commission bouses having branches in other cities showa there has been an increase in buying orders for Blocks from Chicago and other cities in the last two days , The reported decrease in the earnings of the Union P . ific for the pant two weeka aa compared to the same time in 1882 ia at tributed to anew blockades.
