The up ward movement was led by Northern Pa cific , Reading , Delaware , Lackawanna & Western and St. Paul k Omaha. Outside of the active ll.t Memphis & Charleston rose 5 per cent. , Pullman Palnco Car 2 per cent. , and Canada Southern 2j per cent. After midday the market was dull and weak , price * showing a decline of 4 ; to 1J per cent. , the latter in Delaware , Lacka wanna & Western.
