An Unocouplea Bnlld ng Destroyed by Fire Th'i Morning. yesterday about half past fonr o'clock , the building at the southeast corner of Dodge and Tenth streets , wjs discovered to be on fire , and n alarm was attempted : o be struck , but the apparatus1 would not work. Parties then ran to engine house No. 2 , where an alarm was struok , which brought the department to the spot , but not until after the roof had fallen in. The fire , however was prevented from spreading tote to too najuiiiiiijs buildings. The building was an empty wooden structure , and was lormerly occu pied by Mejvr & Raapke. Eaton , the well known photo grapher , took first premiums at the State fair. His dis-play of flue pic tures attracted universal attention and drew forth merited praise.
