WHEREAS , The Senate and House
of Representatives of the State of
.Nebraska , on the twenty-sixth day
of February , 1873 , ] tassed a resolu
tion in word * as follow * :
Jiesolved , "That the electors of
the State be , and are hereby author
ized and recommended to vote for
or against a Convention to revise or
ohang ? the Constitution of the next
general election , for members of the
