Mr. Graham, of '93, having been given what he sup posed was a correct number of a certain house in south-cast Lincoln, where a fair young damsel lived that he had been very anxious to find for some time, at once started for her home, but on arriving at thc place designated by the address given hiin he found nothing but a cornfield. However, he thought he had made a mistake in the number so he tele phoned to his informer to be rectified. Being given another number our hero renewed his search with a light heart, think ing it would not be long before he could sit in her presence and gaze upon her beautiful features. But alas it could not be, for his hopes were blighted when his eyes rested on a sec ond pasture. After this he gave up 111 despair and returned to town, not at all satisfied with thc result of his trip. Since hen Mr. Graham has been informed of thc correct number.
