the second vear September 12. 1872. under mvorn
lile conditions, and thus fur has been prosperous
and successful.
PROFESSORS.
The Faculty, at present, u composed of seven
Professors, skilled In their several departments
of Instruction.
ADMISSION.
Students of both sexes nrc admitted to the
University on pasclui: examination In the com
tnun English branches, If entering the Latin
School; or In studies of advanced classes, II
claiming an advanced standing.
TUITION.
Tuition in all departments Is FREE. There Is
an entrance fee of $5. Hooks nre furnished at

APPARATUS. Etc.
The Istltutlon is llbernly supplied with An
paratus. Cabinet, Library, and ail needful facili
ties for Illustrating the Mibjccts taught. The
Philosophical and Chemical Apparatus is espe
cially large and valuable
AGRIOUL'I URAL COLLEGE.
Tho Agricultural College Is now open, and fur
nisher a full course ot instruction running
through four years, or a partial course in prac
tical agriculture, requiring one year. The com
pletion of the full collie entitles the student to
a degree.
HOARDING.
HonrditiL' is obtained at reasonable rates in pri
vate families or by renting rooms the expense
may bo reduced to $2 or $3 per weok. At present
boarding In families is from $1 to $5 per week.
