One thing that has made the work of the Young Men's Christian Associa tion strong In this and other institu tions Is that tho men who are identi fied with the work are making a study of the local problem and read many publications sent out by the Interna tional Committee. A man is of Utile value In the association field unless he knows something of the field and its difficulties. A rare opportunity Is going to be giv en to tho men In our local field to make a thorough study of the work.
