I Doctor Brace, of the deportment of physics, returned last week from the cast. He is looking well again after his long illness but will probably not resume his work for some time. A plan is being considered by the faculty committee, whereby students who have completed any high school course which has been approved by the University will be admitted to full freshman standing. Chancellor Andrews attended the meeting of representatives of the Am erican Experiment Stations at New Haven, Conn., last week. Dr. Hill took charge of the class in Practical Ethics Saturday morning.
