I. Each cadet will at once provide
himself with the prescribed uniform
and wear the same at all formations
of the battalion on and after Nov.2G,
1000.
II. The uniforms shall consist of
blouse, trousers, and cap, all of dark
blue cloth, according to the pattern
In the Commandants office. The uni
form shall bear such Inslgna of rank
as the cadets position shall entitle
him to.
III. The Commandant hopes that
the matter of uniforms will be atten
ded to at once as it is greatly desired
that the Batallion be completely uni
formed by Thanksgiving recess.
First Sergeants will at once pre
pare two complete rolls of their com
panies one of which will be filed m
the Commandants office, the other to
be posted on tho first sergeant's desk.
A third roll showing the number of
the rack and ritie of each cadet will
be posted on the company oulletin
board in the Armory.
The Tuesday division of tactics
class will recite in the First Ser
geants room hereafter.

The Palladlan Debating Club held
Its regular meeting Saturday evening
Oct. 27th. The attendanco was con
siderably larger than that of any pre
vious meeting and the club has set
tled down to hard work. The ques
tion of disfranchising the negro in
the South was discussed in all its
phases- and most of those present
took part.
Preliminaries to choose five men to
represent the club In the final do
bates will be held the coming month.
Next Saturday evening, just before
election, the subject of debate will be
of a political nature. Tho princi
plcsof Democracyand Republicanism
will be expounded by the students of
cither party and the discussion will
be more general than usual. Every
body is invited to come out and hear
men express their convictions upon
the national Issues of this campaign.
