Professor Richards of the mechan
ical engineering department has been
gathering some interesting statistics
from the students that have taken the
two-year course In mechanical arts.
The object of the investigation is to de
termine just how far this course has
been a benefit to those who have com
pleted the whole course, or even a part
of it. The statistics obtained show
that seventy-five per cent of the men!
are now following professions along j
this line of work, and that their sal
aries range from $32 to $125 per
month. The other tventy-five per cent
state that, although their work is now
of another kind, the time spent in that
course has been of great value.
