Mr. St John of Northwestern University, secretary and
treasurer of the Student's Volunter movement, gave a short ad
dress to the students at chapel Monday morning March 13.
W. J. Bryan has profitted by Prof. Luckey's advice, and
bluntly refuses to become a second Hobson. Even the Texas
belle couldn't tempt him.
Dr. Ward has just been elected an associate editor of the
American Naturalist and has been requested to be one of the
corporators in the publication of the monograph on the Fauna
of the United States.
The Young Men's Elocution class held an interesting debate
Tuesday afternoon on the question of "Party Allegiance vs.
