THE HESPERIAN - The Dolians are practicing a farco which will bo given Fri day ovoning, 'instead of the regular program. At a late meeting of the Faculty, the report of the Infirm ary committee was recoived and laid aside for early consider ation. At the meeting of the Junior Class Tuesday, Miss Eva McCune was elected president; W. C. Melford, vice presi dent; Mr. Hall, treasurer; Miss Russell, historian. A few days ago Prof. Bessey received tho 12th volume of the Silva of North America. This set is gotten up by Sar gent of Harvard, professor of Forestry, and contains descrip. tions and illustrations of all trees kno u in North America. Bets Thota Pi fraternity initiated Jefferson Broady and Oliver Everett, of Lincon, and Harry Barker and Harry Groff of Fairbury, last Saturday evening. Tho initiation was fol lowed by a spread, during which several toasts were indulged in. Several of tho alumni Betas were present. Miss Rona Alderman entertained a few friends at crokinole last Thursday evening. Those present were Misses Florence Payne, Geneva Erisman, Clara Fowler, Bertha Fossler, Mabel Roper, and Messrs E. B. Perry, R. 0. Roper, L. J. Marsh, L. W. Pearson, J. D. Reid, and C. M. Funk. We are selling supplies as cheaply as ever.
