The girls in the school of Domestic Science began work in
the kitchen laboratory last Saturday.
The name of Mr. Charles F. Homer was proposed for mem
bership in the Delian Society last Friday evening.
Charlie Barber, 'OS, who is employed in Omaha, visited
with the. Phi Gamma Delta boys last Sunday.
Students will do well to remember that Westorfield is yet in
business, at his old stand, 117 North 13th. Latest stvles in
hair cut.
Mr. Ernst Bessey was absent from classes last Friday on
account of a sprained ankle. He is now able to get around
with the aid of a cane.
Lela Wheeler, of the class of 'OS, who spent the summer in
Omaha, has returned home, and was at the University Mon
day, greeting old friends.
C. A. Ferrell, who is now professor of modern languages in
Henry College, Texas, expects to return to Lincoln in the
spring to take his advanced degree.
A. B. Wells, commonly called "Dutch," who has been very
prominent in University athlerics the past two yeais, has boon
appointed lieutenant in the United States regular army.
