The Beta Thota Pi fraternity will give a card and dancing
party at its rooms in tho First National Bank block this (Fri
day) evening.
Alpha Tau Omega had a smoker in its rooms last Saturday
evening. One or two out-of-town guests, members of tho
fraternity, were present.
Tho names of Miss Lilian Chase, Mr. Hubbel and Mr. Hart
wore proposed for membership in the Union Society, last Fri
day evening, October 21.
Tho class in tho study of tho oration in English is in tho
midst of a discussion on inductive and doductivo reasoning as
applied in tho writing of briefs.
The Senior class is out with an up-to-dato foot-ball toam.
Oapt. Strock and Quarterback Clark are doing sorao good
training on tho raw material at hand.
Tho various fraternities are making preparations to attend
tho foot-ball game tomorrow in bodies. Several tally-ho
