It was a pretty as well as an etVee tive defense. Before it the Sunllowers seemed to fail and falter. They were helpless and only a punt' would aid them. In skillfulness we are inclined to favor Nebraska for in our opinion, they displayed more generalship and machine-like action. On the whole it was a great game. The re sult is decidedly gratifying to Nebraska be cause it tells a true story that of the undoubt ed superiority of our men over those of Kansas. Alumni Notes. V. II. Clow and Tucker urged that women should have the right of suftrage. Messrs. Burch and Bates urged the negative. After the debate proper Miss Stull ably dis cussed the question of woman's qualifications to exercise the .right of suffrage. The juniors are reviewing Elementary Law and Domestic Relations. The Maxwell Club will debate with the 1'. B. D. 0. Saturday evening. The deficiency law will be discussed. The Maxwell Club will be represented by Miss Stull and Messi-s Lien and Denison.
