office of an Omaha firm.

Penn., canvassing for an encyclopedia.
John Cameron is at Tekamah, talking to
teachers' associations and studying law.
The class in Political Science 1 is so large
that it is obliged to seek a larger recitation
R, H. Wessell has just, returned from a
soliciting trip. He reports making $200 this
David Burks has formed a partnership with
his father. They are in the implement busi
ness at Fairbury.
H. 12. Reagan '07, Sigma Alpha Epsilon
fraternity, has a position with the Weston
Electric Co. of Chicago.

now tit Paonia Col. He is superintending
work on an irrigation ditch.
W. B. Hunter '1)7, is back despite reports
to the contrary. He will work for an M. A.
in flic political science department.
Half Sax ton 07, Sigma Chi, was shaking
hands with his inanv University friends this

C. C. Griggs "07, of the Sigma Alpha Epsi
lon fraternity, has been appointed chief as
saycr of the Buckston Mining Co. at a high
salary. His post office is Terry, So. D.
Beta Theta Pi fraternity has rented rooms
in iihe State block.. Those rooms were form
erly occupied by the Phi Delta Theta boys
and are among the most pleasant in the city.
Instructor P. H. Frye, of the English de
partment, returned this week. Mr. Frye was
'delayed in bis return by the death of his Books, Composition Books, Pencils, Tablets,

Ceo. Wilson, a now student from Columbus,
was called home Tuesday by a telegram an
nouncing the serious injury of his father by
the accidental discharge of a gun. The ne
esdent has since proven to be fatal.
