The university debating association met Monday and voted to sanction the proposition of Kansas university to have the judges mark on the merits of the 'sides' of the debate, instead of as here tofore, on the merits of the individual debater.' Messrs Maguire, Perry and Searson were appointed a committee to receive and recommend amendments to the constitution of the local association.
