The particulars of the foot ball game between Kansas and Nebraska are necessarily crowded out. The game was a good one and enjoyed by all. The absensc of slugging and all unnecessary roughness was a very noticeable feature. The Kansas bojsare gentlemen and know how to play foot ball. We were beaten on account of their superior team work, and not as individuals. Special mention should be made of Pace, Flippin, Jones, and A. E. Yont. Mr. Pace is no doubt one of the best quarter backs in the west, and with Flippin as half they do good work. Jones is the first man who has given Hamil of Kansas all he want ul to do, and sometimes a little more. A. E. Yont did some good tackling and always plays a strong game.
