In the spring the young man's fancy ought to unci generally docs turn to base-ball. If the base-ball is to be of any account turning ought to be done a good while before spring. Moreover it pays for itsell as an advertisement. Rows of books aren't a bit at tractive to visitors, but every body asks for the collection ol agates or Professor Harbour's famous biological question mark the Devil's Cork-screws.
