An eclectic array of musi
cians will be performing this
weekend to help a Lincoln
organization attain non-profit
siatus.
The concert is a benefit for
the Flatwater Cooperative
Urban Sustainability Project.
The project’s goal is to
build a residential cooperative
house in an urban Lincoln
neighborhood that will pro
vide information, lectures and
workshops about ecological
issues, as well as house 12
people.
The concert features mod
ern rock from the Kilmees,
acoustic jam rock from More
Product, the bluegrass sounds
of the Bone Shakers and tech
no from DJ Gabriel Starr.
The benefit’s proceeds will
go toward the project’s non
profit tax-status application
fee.
The event will take place at
the Zoo Bar on Sunday from 7
p.m. to 1 a.m.
