Responsible for decontaminating, sterilizing, assem
bling, storing and distributing reusable equipment,
medical devices and supplies for patient care. Maintains
sterile processing records and adheres to departmental
and OsHA procedures and guidelines. Requirements
include an ability to communicate effectively
with others and to organize and prioritize daily work
loads. The ability to react and perform under stress
and emergency situation is also required. Approximately
4-6 months of experience is preferred. Willing
to train if an tnstmmentation class has been completed.

terminology, keyboarding skills for data entry, effective
communication skills, and an ability to manage a chaotic
work environment. Previous Unit secretary experience is
