Racial threats target students THREATS from page 1 the Daily Nebraskan Tuesday night. Because the incidents are still under investigation, Williams said he could not comment on specific details of the case. Williams did say Chancellor James Moeser is aware of the situation and is taking an active part in the investigation. Parker, who is black, said the note he received under his door was more harassment than a threat. “It really creates a hostile work environment,” he said. As far as he knows, Parker said, he did not do anything to prompt anyone to give him the note. He believes it was a random act. Parker would not reveal the con tents of the note citing the pending police investigation. Parker said the note is the first of its nature he has received. “It makes one wonder why any one should have to endure such a sit uation.” Questions? Comments?
