Under general supervision decontaminates, cleans,
processes, assembles, sterilizes, stores, distributes re
usable medical devices and supplies used in patient
care. Assembles, dispatches surgical case carts. Must
be able to speak and write the English language. A
basic knowledge of reading, writing and math is required
in order to follow and give written and oral instructions
and perform job duties. Approximately 4-6
months experience is preferred. Willing to train a fast
learner. Long periods of standing repetitive bending,
lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, stretching. Frequent
exposure to temperature ranging from 60 to 85 degrees
for periods of up to 2-3 hours. Frequent exposure to
blood and bodily fluids. 2:45PM-11:15PM.
Week 1 - Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Week 2- Thurs
day, Friday and Noon-8:30PM Saturday.
