cold food items for retail operations, patient food service
and catered events. Must be 18 years of age and
possess Food Handler's Permit. Must have ability to

such as convection/convention/combination ovens,
steam equipment, food processors, mixers, deep fat
fryers, grills, broilers, slicers and small production
