relationship to talk to their next-high

relationship was consensual. How
ever, she said no recognition was
given to the possibility that a person
may use their position’s power to get

be mandatory that if I am in a sexual
relationship with that person, I must
excuse myself from direct supervi
sion.

Behrendt said the trip and inter
view were flattering.
“All the arrangements were
made,” he said. “The tickets were
waiting at the airport, and there was
a car waiting in New York.”
He felt like a celebrity, he said.
“I think we all get used to the idea
of a celebrity lifestyle, and it comes
as a shock when any of us get to do it
for a day,” he said.
