Thanks! (Progressive/Low Impact) A land aerobic workout designed so that the participant can work at the intensity level that best fits her/his fitness level. Participants have a low impact option in ail classes. This cardiovascular workout has little or no time for a toning segment. MWF 12:10-12:50p Court 4 MWF 12:10-12:50p Rm 31ECAB MWF 5:15-6:15p Fitness/Aerobics Rm MWF 5:15~6:15p Rm 31 ECAB (Water Combination) A water workout including water aerobics, water step and water circuit It includes high and low intensity in a low impact workout MW 4:15-5:00p MLH Pool TR 5:15-6:00p MLH Pool (Total Body Conditioning) A land workout that involves two-thirds toning/strengthening and one-third cardio vascular conditioning. An excellent supplement to your aerobic workout Resistance equipment will be used for the toning/strengthening segments of class. MWF 6:30-7:15p Fitness/Aerobics Rm TR 12:10-12:50p Fitness/Aerobics Rm , TR 7:45-8:30p Fitness/Aerobics Rm (Aerobic Extreme) A land workout that includes a minimum of 40 minutes of aerobics, 20 minutes of toning, 15 minutes of abdominal work, and the warm-up and cool-down. Individuals are encouraged to go at their own pace. TR 5:45-7:15p MLH South (313/314) (Kid Aerobics) (Session EL only) Join participants ages 9-14 in a combination of land and step aerobics. Min: 10 Max. 35 Sunday 2:45-3:45p Fitness/Aerobics Room Cost: (M) $12 (NM) $18 (Water Conditioning ) A water workout to tone and condition muscles using the resistence of the water and a variety of resistence equipment MW 5:15-6:00p MLH Pool TR 7:00-7:45* CRec Pool (Upper Body Conditioning ) A land workout to tone and condition the muscles of the upper body. An excellent supplement to the step aerobic classes. MWF 8:30-9:00a Fitness/Aerobics Rm MW 4:30-5:00p Rm 31ECAB (Lower Body Conditioning) A land workout to tone and condition the lower body. Resistence equipment will be used in some exercises. An excellent supplement to the progressive/ low impact classes. (Spanish Aerobics) "Aerobics" en Espanol An aerobics class taught in the Spanish language that will combine land and step with some toning.
