Piatkowski, a 6-foot-7-inch, 215-pound guard from Rapid City, S.D., will play on the East team, which w ill be coached by W inston Salem State coach Clarence “Bighouse” Gaines. Piatkowski — who averaged 21.5 points and 6.3 rebounds per game this season and is the second leading scorer in Cornhusker His tory— is the second leading scorer on the East team behind Jervaughn Scales of Southern. Men’s golf finishes fourth in Missouri From Staff Reports The Nebraska men’s golf team completed its most successful tour nament of the season Tuesday by firing a third-round score of309 to finish in fourth place at the South west Missouri State’s Golf Invita tional in Springfield, Mo. The Comhuskers shot a three round total of 932. The Huskcrs, who were tied for first place after the second round ot the tournament on Monday, fin ished seven shots behind cham pion North Texas, which fired a three-day total of 925. Nebraska freshman Trent Morrison shot a three-round total of 226 to finish in fifth place. Se tt ior Chad Dubisar fired a 78 in the third round to finish in 11 th place with a score of 231.
