Hillcrest Country Club is in search ot a motivated and
mature individual to coordinate our swimming program.
This individual will need to be available tor the entire
season ot March (for hiring staff) through September 6,
1993. The Pool Manager is responsible for maintaining
pool standards. Interviewing . hiring, supervision, and
motivation of 6-8 lifeguards. Pool manager will also
coordinate all other swimming activities such as Swim
Team and Swim Lessons. Requirements include being a
