($10 Administrative Fee Charged) 75% Refund will be given if the drop notification is filed in person or by letter at the Division of Continuing Studies between June 7 and July 6, 1990. ($ 10 Administrative Fee Charged) 50% Refund will be given if the drop notification is filed in person or by letter at the Division of Continuing Studies between July 9 and 27, 1990. ($10 Administrative Fee Charged) No Refund will be given if the drop notification is filed in person or by letter at tho Division of Continuing Studies after Friday, July 27, 1990. A drop must be processed through the Division of Continuing Studies by July 27,1990, if any refund is to be issued. For example, Arts and Sciences students have a limit of 30 hours of Summer Reading Course and/or correspondence hours that will apply toward a degree. Check with your college s requirements before registering for a Summer Reading Course. If you are attending Teachers College, it is mandatory that you have written authorisation to register for a Summer Reading Course. Note: Only two reading courses can be taken in one summer. Exceptions will require the written approval of your adviser and/or the dean of your college. Tn-rwidenee runuiramsiit: Courses with an “x* suffix do not qualify as . dident credit. SRC hours will not count toward the requirement that “at least 30 of the last 36 hours of credit needed for the degree must be registered for and completed in residence." Grading Procedures Required work must be completed by the deadline established by your instructor. Final fall meetings are scheduled September 10 - 14, 1990. The nature of this contact will vary depending on the course. Your instructor will advise you of these requirements. P.M/\'n P an: Regular Pass/No Pass rules of your college will apply. Some courses have specific Pass/No Pass restrictions; please check the course listings. Final date to change to or from Pasa/No Pass is July 20, 1990. Grades will be recorded by instructors by October 12, 1990. Reports will be made to students in November. Important' Final date to drop and have a course removed from your record is August 31, 1990. If work is not completed and no drop is processed by the August 31 deadline, a grade of “F" will be recorded. There will be no grades of “W" or "I" given for SRC “x classes. If you are to receive credit for a 1990 Summer Reading Course, work must be completed and graded by October 12,1990. There will be no option to extend this deadline or reinstate your enrollment after this deadline.
