Posters for the shirts, which can
be ordered by mail, went up around
campus last week, Frank said.
Since the figure on the shirt
isn’t really a copy of Jim, the
“Dudes’ ’ aren’t infringing on any
copyright laws, Frank said.
“The guy on the shirt doesn’t
look at all like the real Jim, but
when people look at it they know
who wc mean,” he said. “A stick
figure as seen on the shirt isn’t
copyrightable.”
The shirts come in large and
extra large and cost $10.
Order forms can be found with
the posters at locations such as the |
