Carr said that he and two other professors from the departments of Food Science and Nutrition will trade off teaching the semester-long sci ence course. Carr, who also is chairman of the Recycling is concentrated primar ily on the East and West coasts. Lo cating businesses in the Midwest to recycle would save shipping costs, he said. The project is a cooperative effort of the university, Douglas County, the city of Omaha, Omaha Public Power District, the Papio-Missouri Natural Resources District and the Omaha World-Herald. -- !
