Nep tune also has a great red spot like Jupiter’s-, it’s believed to be a storm also. Besides planetary discoveries, Voyager 2 will benefit science and medicine. Dunn cited a device for diabetics which was a direct spin off of technology used in the space program. He also said that the tech nology from space exploration and experimentation may be used to predict hurricanes and perhaps modify the weather some day. “We’ll be seeing all sorts of benefits from it in coming years,” he said. "The Voyager is the best bargain US. citizens have ever gotten. The budget for space is so minimal compared to everything the government has spent money on.
