For example. Arts A Sciences students have a limit of 30 hours of Summer Reading Course and/or coneapondcnce hours that will apply toward a degree. Check with your college's requirements before registering for a Summer Reading Course. If you are attending Teachers College, it is mandatory that you have written authorization to register far s Summer Reading Course. JMfltg: Only two reading courses can be taken in one summer. Exceptions will require the written approval of your adviser and/or the dean of your college. RMkkeca requirement Courses with an "a” suffix do not qualify as resident credit. SRC hours trill not count toward the requirement that "at least 30 of the last 36 hours of credit needed for the degree must be registered for and completed in residence.* Grading freeadursa Required work must be completed by the deadline established by your instructor. Final fall meetings are scheduled September 11-15, 1919. The nature of this contact will vary depending on the course. Your instructor trill advise you of these requirements. Paas/No Pass Regular Pass/No Pass rules at your college will apply. Same courses have specific Psss/No Pass restrictions; please check die course listings. Final date to change to or from Paas/No Pass is July 21, 1919. Grades trill be recorded by instructors an October 13.1919. Important: Final a ce to drop and have a course removed from your record is August 25,1999. If work is not completed and no drop is processed by the August 25th deadline, a grade at *P will be recorded. There trill be no grades of *W* or "I* given far SRC "x* classes. If you are to receive credit for a 1999 Summer Reading Course, work must be completed and graded by October 13,1999. There trill be no option to extend this deadline or reinstate your enrollment after this deadline.
