From Staff Reports
The efforts of center Craig Wag
ner and forward Ryan Sleeves led to
the 52-40 defeat of The Toxic Shock
ers Tuesday night in Class C intra

said JefT Apel, DN interim coach.
Apel, who was filling in for an
absent Mike Kluck, praised center
Craig Wagner and Ryan Steeves for
the 16 and 18 respective points made.
The DN, 2-2, jumped out to a 10

After leading by as many as 18 points

But in the second half, the DN
used a free throw by David Fahleson
and a stream of baskets by Wagner

The game marked the debut of
forward Jerry Guenther, who was
0-1 from the field.
