The shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Mountain Home Baptist Church, where family and friends gathered for a funeral service for Effie Collins Justice, 79. The service had been scheduled to begin at 3 p.m., officials said, and the shooting took place shortly before that. Michael Leslie Rainey, 41, was charged with three counts of first degree murder, and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
