The Nebraska women's team will be split with half the team competing in the Eastern Airlines Invitational in Florida and half the team competing at FAC. Because of some recent redshirt decisions, Pepin said, he didn't think the women's team would be a strong challenger for the NCAA champion ship. Pepin said Angela Thacker, Holly Ashmore, Heather Smith and Cinda Mentzer will redshirt. Pepin said Thacker's injury has improved in the last two weeks but that she will still redshirt. Pepin said he was pleased with some of the individual performances in last week's Nebraska Invitational, but the team effort was disappointing.
