We are Moex - a leadinq manufacturer of connector, cable, switch and
application tooling products for the electronics industry. Our customers
manufacture computers, business machines, telecommunications
equipment, home entertainment products, appliances, automobiles,
electronic games and a host of other electronic products.
Molex Incorporated has capitalized on an enduring entrepreneurial

markets. Over 4000 people are employed in 24 Molex manufacturing
facilities located in 10 countries serving customers in 43 countries.
Molex's steady growth posted record gains in 1984 for the ninth con
secutive year and for twenty-two of the last twenty-three years. Net
income as a percent of net sales was 15.2 in 1983-84 compared to
1 2.5 during the two previous years. Net sales for fiscal year 1 983-84
were up 43.3 over 1982-83 and 52.1 over 1981-82. in short,
Molex is a winner with a tremendous track record and a very bright future.
This is where you come in. If you are an engineer who will graduate with
a bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical or General Engineering
and a career objective in product design or manufacturing, you'll want
to consider the opportunities offered by Molex Incorporated.
Responsible for the design of plastic connector products used by elec
tronic original equipment manufacturers. Approximately 85 of time is
spent on board work during first year of employment. Will work closely
with marketing, manufacturing and research and development staffs in
taking product from concept through design, testing, manufacturing and
marketing.
Degree Requirements: BS degree in Mechanical or General Engineering,
Industrial Technology or an associated discipline.
Required Coursework Emphasis: Design courses. Materials courses to
include plastics. Some knowledge of metal stampings is desirable.

Responsible for the exploration of new technologies in the pursuit of devel
opment of new connector, cable and switch products.
Degree Requirements: BS in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or Elec
trical Engineering Technology or a related discipline.
Required Coursework Emphasis: Electrical or Electronicdesign courses.
' Courses in Electromagnetic Compatibility and High Frequency Testing
or Design are desirable.
Responsible for the design of high speed, automated manufacturing equip
ment used both in-house and by Molex customers for a variety of functions.
Intense design work during first year of employment. Will work closely with
marketing and manufacturing staffs in taking product from concept through
design, testing, manufacturing and marketing.
Degree Requirements: BS degree in Mechanical or General Engineering,
Industrial Technology or a related discipline.
Required Coursework Emphasis: Machine design courses
