Plan will pay 100 of medical fees for treatment at the Health Center as stated in the policy. Plan will pay 80 of the first $2500 of expense after a $50 deductible and 100 of the expenses above $2500 to a maximum of $2500 per policy term for treatment outside the Health Center. All undergraduate and graduate students at UNL who are eligible for services at the Health Center, are eligible for coverage under this plan.
