Kay Hinn, ASUN first vice president, said the group used Nebraska Union facilities "before it had ad hoc status. ASUN Organic Act 11 determines the rules to form an ad hoc group. The act states that groups "must receive majority ap proval of the Senate. Up on approval, the group is permitted use of univer sity facilities for pro grams through proper ev ent." ASUN adviser Marlene Beyke said that the group filed with the CAP office for permission to use union space, but the form did not get to ASUN until recently. . 'Mark Scudder, ASUN president-elect, an nounced that sophomore Tim Brogan won the re cent runoff election for the Criminal Justice sen ator. ASUN President Matt Wallace said that in the next month ASUN will work to change the bas ketball ticket policy to al- low students better ac- cess to tickets closer to the floor. Andy Carothers, arts and sciences, said action on a night towing ad hoc committee would be de layed until the new sena tors are in office. The rally features Saul Antonio Solorzano, a re fugee forced to flee El Salvador in 1980 because of threats from military "death squads," David Moroga, aNicaraguan cur rently attending UNL and a host of other speakers. The march will begin at 11 a.m. at the Federal Building, with the rally starting at noon on the 15th Street Mall. Aldrich encouraged all interested people to at tend the march and rally and said Central Ameri can Week has thus far been a success. "We've seen a lot of new faces along with the old ones.
