At the banquet Sunday, Stephanie

University, Wichita, Ks., was named
student speaker of the year. Sanford
has competed in college-level forensics
for four years, Kay said. Her concen

The student speaker is chosen by a
committee of two faculty members
and three DSR-TKA officers, said
Shaun McGee, assistant director of
forensics at Wayne State University
and a member of the selection com
