Most of the problems with which we deal in this office arise out of poor communication and a lack of appreciation for another person's point of view. I applaud the Innocents and the cooperating administrators for their efforts to buUd better understanding on the UNL campus. Faye Moulton Assistant Ombudsman and not do anything about it. The guest opinion also mentioned that "the Uni ted States cannot tolerate or afford to risk the lives and well-being of its citizens for another four years." Reagan isn't risking the lives and well-being of the U.S. citizens. He is protecting us and our allies from the threat of communist aggression. The Soviets have shown their aggressive nature by taking over some of the smaller nations bordering them. I would like to know who could do a better job as president. ' Towing 'criminal ' This letter is in response to the guest opinion "Reagan re-election threatens U.S. interests" written by the UNL College Young Democrats (Daily Nebra ska Feb. 21). A re-election of President Reagan isn't a clear threat to American security. Some steps are necessary for the United States to take in order to at least stay fairly close to the Soviet Union as far as nuclear weapons are concerned. The United States isn't just going to sit back and watch the Soviets increase their military capability drastically I agree with you that the night towing of vehicles places students, especially women, in danger. Such activity borders on criminal. There are many ways to collect tickets. No credit for the semester until tickets are paid for, no more parking permits, etc. The seizing of property is a violation of the 14th Amendment to the Constitu tion. You might have your law students look into it. Richard E. Witcig Lincoln 1 j : - ; i : i : ' 1 El Monierrey Serving the Midwest's ; Finest Mexican Foods ; Dining Room Service &!
