Report
The following incidents were reported to the UNL
Police Department between midnight Friday and
midnight Sunday.
. Friday" t
1:11 a.m. Fight reported at 10th and P streets,
UNL police assisted and turned the persons over to
the Lincoln Police Department.
3:03 a.m, External gas leak reported at the
veterinary research building on East Campus. The
leak ivffij reported to Minirjasco.
10:15 am. Theft reported at Abel Hall. Wall
mounted pencil sharpener stolen from a men's
restroom. Estimated loss is $12. '
10:15 a.m. Carpet reported vandalized by fire
crackers in Abel Hail Estimated damage $ J25.
10:15 a.m. Theft of wall vent cover reported in
Abel Hall Estimated loss- is $20.
3:29 p.m. Officers assisted LPD at a two-car
accident near 34th and Holdrege streets. No injuries
were reported. ,
4:45 p.m. Disturbance reported at the Coli
seum. Person tried to use the facility with false ID
card. . ' ' " " '' "' .'
5:10 p.m. Security alarm reported sounding at
the College of Dentistry on East Campus. The cause
of the alarm was unknown.
6:49 p.m. - UNL police received a tip to locate a
missing 7-year-old in the Abel Hall area. Officers
reportedly located the child at Mabel Lee HalL
8:52 p.m. Theft from a car reported in Parking
Area 4. A purse reportedly was stolen from the
unlocked car. Estimated loss is $40.
10:37 p.m. Safe reported found open on East
Campus. Nothing was reported stolen.
1:20 am. Vending machine reported found
open in Ferguson Hall. No loss was reported.
2:29 p.m. Hit-and-run accident reported in
Parking Area 15 at 12th and Q streets. Parked vehi
cle struck by unknown vehicle. Estimated damage is
$300.
3:30 p.m. Officers conducted a follow-up inves
tigation at Westbrook Music Building. Saxophone
reported stolen from the building last semester was
recovered by Kansas City, Kan. police.
4:55 p.m. Street sign reported stolen on East
Campus at 35th and Fair streets.
11:30 p.m. Window reported broken at Men's
P.E. building. Estimated damage is $25.
