Officials needed for activitie
The UNL Office of Campus Recreation needs offi
ciate for this semester's activities, Kenda Schecle
assistant coordinator of intramurab, said Sunday
The office needs CO to 70 new officials for basket
ball, volleyball, snow soflball, indoor soccer and
other sports which tTC:n in the next two weeks, as
well as for several sports scheduled for the rest of
the academic year.
There will be an officials meeting tonight at 5:30
p.m. in room 7 Coliseum, and a clinic for basketball
officials Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Coliseum. Play
begins for men's and women's basketball teams on
Wednesday.

teams wanting to play in the snow soflball tourna
ment this weekend. Men's, women's and Co-Rec
teams are all welcome. The registration deadline is
Tuesday.
Intramural sports trivia will begin Tuesday in the
Coliseum balcony at 6 p.m. All one needs to do to
register is show up. The finals of the sports trivia
contest will be Jan. 24 in room 7 Coliseum at 7 p.m.
