Mail will net be delivered, Lincoln Transportation Sys tem buses will not run and banks will be closed on those days. The LTS shuttle bus between City and East cam puses will not run from Dec. 22 to Jan. 1 5. As of Jan. 16, the fourth bus schedule between City and East Campus will be discontinued because of a decline in ridership.
